More than 100 years ago, Don Melchor de Concha y Toro reserved for himself an exclusive batch of his best wines. To keep strangers away from his private reserve, he spread the rumour that the Devil lived in that place. Hence the name: Casillero del Diablo, the Devil’s Cellar.

Casillero del Diablo’s collection of premium wines are made with grapes selected from Chile’s best wine valleys. Each creation portrays the essence and typicity of its variety with a combination of carefully cultivated aromas, flavours, and styles.

Diablo has been created in response to the need to bring more excitement in the wine category, and the desire amongst younger adults for a unique wine experience, not related to grape variety or origin. Diablo is a blend of Syrah and Malbec, creating a rich and extraordinary wine.

Buckfast is an internationally-enjoyed, unique-tasting tonic wine. Equally rich in heritage, as it is in taste. Buckfast Tonic Wine originated in 1897 with the monks at the Buckfast Abbey in Devon.  Later in the 1920’s they joined forces with J Chandler & Co Ltd.  Together they have grown steadily over the years with the introduction of more modern production methods and technology.

The monks of Buckfast Abbey continue to produce the tonic wine of today, enjoyed throughout Ireland, the UK and around the world. Richmond Marketing has been the sole distributor of Buckfast in the Republic of Ireland since 2018.

Bodegas Faustino’s range of Rioja wines is drawn from 650 hectares of family-owned vineyards in the best areas of the Rioja DOCs – from Eleuterio Martínez Arzok to the fourth generation, which currently leads the winery. 160 years of tradition and expertise in the world of wine have passed.

Their wines collect the love for the land and know-how of a family of winemakers with a long standing tradition. Thanks to painstaking selection of grapes and winemaking methods that combine tradition and innovation, Faustino is now able to offer one of the widest and most renowned ranges of reds, rosés, whites and champagnes.

Richmond Marketing became the sole distributor of Faustino wines in the Republic of Ireland in 2015, and has gone on to establish the brand as a firm favourite with Irish consumers.
