Richmond is divided into three areas: Sales, Marketing and Finance. It doesn’t matter what team you are in or what level you are at, we all work together.

Sales – Our sales team are responsible for all our customers; from the major supermarkets, cash and carries to cafes, pubs, restaurants and nightclubs. They are supported by national account managers who assist in delivering our business objectives, whilst helping our customers deliver theirs. 

Marketing – Working across six categories, our marketing managers, brand managers, trade marketeers and support staff work to build, shape and amplify our brands by creating, communicating and delivering creative marketing strategies for our brand partner products. 

Finance – Not just the accountants but also our administrators, customer service, logistics and IT support teams. Our finance team ensure everything runs smoothly and that the infrastructures are in place for the shelves to be always stacked with our products.
